I’m Clementine Lue Clark, ACC, CPCC®

Executive & Leadership Coach, peacebuilding practitioner and global citizen.

I work with leaders, professionals and people navigating change, creating space to step back, understand themselves more deeply and move forward with greater intention.

What if you're not lost, but simply in transition?

Clementine’s work explores identity, belonging and the experience of living across different cultures, roles and chapters.

My Story

I've spent much of my life between worlds

My roots are in Jamaica, but my life has taken me across England, the United States, Switzerland, the Middle East and Africa. I've built a career across continents, worked in peacebuilding, community development and leadership, and raised three daughters internationally.

Living and working across cultures taught me how to adapt to new places, expectations, communities and ways of being. However, it also led me to a deeper question: when you've spent a lifetime adapting to different worlds, how do you create a sense of self that feels fully your own?

That question now sits at the heart of my work.

Philosophy & Approach

What would feel different if you trusted yourself?

I don't believe the answer is always another strategy, productivity system or version of yourself to become. Often, what we need is enough space to understand what is already there.

My approach is grounded in thoughtful questions, honest reflection and compassionate challenge. Together, we explore the values, experiences, expectations and stories shaping the way you live and lead, creating space to decide what still belongs and what may no longer fit.

My role isn't to tell you who to become. It's to help you reconnect with who you are, so the way forward can come from there
