A supportive space to learn through shared experience, explore what matters to you and create greater connection and meaningful change.
Sometimes a different perspective is all it takes
There's something powerful about exploring change alongside others. Through guided conversation, reflection and creative exercises, group coaching gives you space to explore your own experiences while gaining new perspectives, finding connection and learning from the stories of those around you.

Flexible coaching formats tailored to your group

Six Perspective Lab
A six-week virtual coaching experience bringing a group together each week to explore new perspectives, challenge existing thinking and turn ideas into lived change.
Creating space for real conversation
I believe some of our most important insights can come from hearing how someone else sees the world.
In group coaching, my role is to create the conditions for that exchange, asking thoughtful questions, introducing ideas and creating an environment where people feel comfortable sharing, listening and exploring.
You will have time for your own reflection, but you will also experience the perspective of the people around you. Often, their stories help you understand your own in an entirely different way.

What clients say
I expected to enjoy the workshop, but I didn't expect the questions to stay with me afterward. I found myself noticing things differently during the week and having conversations I probably wouldn't have had before. It gave me a way to pause and look at my life from a different perspective rather than simply pushing forward. That has been incredibly valuable. Each week there is more growth and connecting the dots happen naturally.
I've spent a lot of time being responsible, capable, and taking care of what needs to be done for my family. This workshop gave me permission to imagine something beyond simply managing the life I already have. The creative exercises were thoughtful and surprisingly revealing. I left feeling lighter and more open to possibilities I hadn't allowed myself to consider.
There was something incredibly refreshing about being in a room with people who were also asking themselves, 'What now?' Clementine has a way of asking questions that get beneath the obvious answer. I came away with a much clearer understanding of what I want to carry forward, what I'm ready to let go of, and what I want to explore next.
What struck me most was how unhurried the experience felt. There was no pressure to have the right answer or to reinvent my entire life in one session. Clementine created a space where I could actually think, reflect, and be curious about what might be next. I walked away seeing my situation differently, and that shift has stayed with me.
I came into the workshop thinking I needed to figure out what was next. Instead, I realized I had been so focused on what I should be doing that I had stopped listening to what I actually wanted. The workshop gave me the space to step back, think differently, and reconnect with parts of myself I had put aside. I left with more clarity, but also with something I didn't expect: a sense of possibility.
Working with Clementine has been one of the most valuable investments I've made in myself. She creates a rare combination of warmth and challenge. I feel completely accepted in our conversations, but she also doesn't let me hide from the questions that matter. I have more clarity, more confidence, and a much stronger sense of what I want my next chapter to look like.
Six Perspective Lab
Six Perspective Lab is a six-week virtual group coaching experience designed to move beyond insight and into action.
Unlike the flexible, drop-in format of Reinvent Yourself, the Lab brings the same group together across six 90-minute sessions. This closed cohort creates space to build trust, explore ideas more deeply and learn alongside people moving through their own questions and transitions.
Through guided coaching, storytelling, reflection and group exchange, you'll have the opportunity to challenge familiar ways of thinking, see your situation through new perspectives and consider what those insights mean for the way you move forward.

Answers to your most common coaching questions
Are group sessions in-person or virtual?
Both. Clementine Coaching offers group sessions in both virtual and in-person settings throughout the year. Each session listing will clearly indicate the format, along with any other details you need to know before joining.
Who is Reinvent Yourself for?
The "Reinvent Yourself" workshop is for people at a crossroads, whether they are navigating a transition, adjusting to a new chapter or simply questioning what they want from the next stage of your life. You don't need to have the answers or even know exactly what needs to change. You can start with where you are. This workshop offers a great community for exploring this transition stage in life.
What happens during a group coaching session?
Sessions combine facilitated conversation and personal reflection with creative exercises that may include movement, music, art or storytelling. Each session explores a particular theme or question, with space to reflect individually and learn through conversation with others.
How is group coaching different from one-on-one coaching?
One-on-one coaching is centred entirely around your individual experience. Group coaching adds the perspectives, stories and insights of others.
Sometimes hearing someone articulate something you have also felt can help you see your own experience differently. The group becomes part of the learning.
What is group coaching?
Group coaching brings people together to explore meaningful questions through guided conversation, personal reflection and shared experience. You have the opportunity to consider your own experiences while hearing different perspectives from people who may be navigating similar questions, transitions or changes.
